Last day @ Business Objects !

Yes , today was my last day in office at Business Objects ... Wait wait wait .... Are you all guys thinking that I left my internship deal or rather Business Objects threw me out of the office and scraped its offer . If yes , then you have got it wrong . Actually from tomorrow onwards SAP Labs will officially take over Business Objects .SAP has bought 81% of shares in Business Objects and its actually a friendly take over ( acquisition ). Hence , from tomorrow onwards I would be an employee of SAP . Although , Business Objects will continue to pioneer in the field of data warehousing , data mining and Business Intelligence , SAP have few plans up its sleeve . SAP will now try to merge business objects suites and applications with its applications which provide Business Intelligence .

For me , the office would remain the same , but all the domains , facilities , access privileges and even my official id would change according to SAP . But one disadvantage would be , the email account was of 20 MB per user till now will come down to 4 MB . On the other hand we are expecting to have transport facility and food to be provided free of cost ! ( Adigaas are the official caterers who provide food @ SAP Labs Bangalore and liked by one and all ) .

So I am all set to be a part of SAP Labs employee ! Yipeeeeeeeeee !
